due to a clerical error made on the 1960 Taz Roll of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Cour
that the overpayment made as a consequence of ouch error, constitute Panda mistakenly received
by Kerr County and Lhat such overpayment having been mistakenly deposited by the Treasurer oP
