matter of an overpayment of 1960 ad valorem taxes made b9 E. B. Love of Mountain Home, Taxes
due to a clerical error made on the 1960 Taz Roll of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Cour
that the overpayment made as a consequence of such error, constitute Sunda mistakenly received
by Kerr County and that such overpayment having been mistakenly depas ited by the Treasurer of
-- Kerr County in the various holds of Kerr County did sot at any time lawfully belong to such
Punda, and it further appearing to the Court that the Attorney General of the State of Taxes
