The Club may at its option surrender the pramiaea to Kerr County and may remove any im-
provements made thereon.
7. The right of removal or improvements herein granted in Section $ and 6 hereof is con-
ditioned upon the reatorat ion of the pramiaea to their original condition by the Club.
8. In recognizing the Kerrville Indiana Bsaeball Club as a non-profit organization, Kerr
County does not deny the Club the right to collect at its discretion, reasonable admisa ion fee
from epeotators attending ball games or other events in the area, provided that such admission
fees shall be only for the purpose of de lY~ay ing ooate of squ Spment, improvements and other
coats inc idantal to the conduct of baseball games or ouch of her events.
9. The Club may be required at any tiara to give an eocounting to Kerr County of any and
