6. The Club may at its option surrender the pramiaea to Kerr County and may remove any im- provements made thereon. 7. The right of removal or improvements herein granted in Section $ and 6 hereof is con- ditioned upon the reatorat ion of the pramiaea to their original condition by the Club. 8.
