On motion by Commie aioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the bide be called doxn from the table for Purther study and ao nsideration. o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 8916 ORDER ACCEPTZ NG BID OF FRANK THOMASON FOR WIDENINO G STREET BRIDGE On this the 19th day oP July 1961, came oa to bs heard and oo naidered by the Court the various bids for widening the G Street Bridge, heretofore received by the Court on July 10th, 1961 which said bide had been tabled for study pursuant to Order No. 8900-entered that date, and which bide had been aalled from the table Sor~-further coneiderat ion pursuant to Order No. .-. 8915 entered this date, and after due deliberation and study it appo acing to the Court that t ~, bid sa submitted by Mr. Frank Thomason of Kerrville, Texas is the lowest and beat bid, it Ss Ordered oa motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sohwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the base bid of Mr. Frank Thomeaoa of Kerrville, Texas to widen the G. On motion by Commissioner Sohvethelm and duly sacon dad by Commissioner Powell, the Court unanimously voted to accept the above offers. o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0, 8918 EMPLOYMENT OF LESTER B. WHITTON AND COMPENSATION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES This the 19th day of July 1961, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of em- ploying the profesaloaal services of Mr. Laster B.
