WHITTON AND COMPENSATION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Thin the 19th day of July 1961, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of em- i ploying the professional eervicea oP Mr. Lester B. Whitton to supervise the oonatruotion of G Street bridge; also that he bs compensated in the amount of $1000.00 for the preparation of plans and spec iPicat ions, end all of the necessary auperviaioa for the aonetruction of G Stree bridge.
