culture Building on September 18th thru the 21a t. Also that ha be re-imbursad $200.00 hereto-

matter of aocept ing fencing constructed by Garrett L. Bieraohxale on State Highway !}1, and it
appearing that the said Penci ng de aignated ae Seot ions 7, 9 & 10 have been satisfactorily con-
structed as per contract axarded by the Court by Order No. 8835 entered the 10th day of April,
1961, and the said fence having been inspected by members of the Court; and it further appear-
ing to the Court that the balance due Garrott L, Bierachwale should be paid, St is Ordered on
motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the
Court that Sections 7, 9 & 10 of Highway 41 Pencing be accepted by Kerr County ae completed
and that the balance due Garrett L. Sieranhwale Sn the amount of $1,1.58 be paid him, and
that the County Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a vouoher on the Highway lyl No. 2
