N0. 8945 AMENDING ORDER 8924 GRANTING PERCY ROBERTS USE OF AGRICULTURE BUILDING
On this the 17th day of August 1961, came on to be co neidered by the Court the matter of
Amending Order 8924, so as to delete the permission of Percy Roberta for the use of the Agri-
culture Bull ding on September 18th thru the 21a t. Also that he be re-imbursed $200,00 hereto-
fore paid to the County Tresaurer. On sot ion duly ma da by Commissioner Stone and seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and Treasurer be
authorized to issue voucher in the sum of $200.00 to Perot' Roberts for reimbur aeme nt.

N0. 891E6 ORDER ACCEPTING FENCING ON STATE HIGHWAY 41 CONSTRUCTED SY GARRETT L. BIERSCHWALE
On this the 17th day of August 1961 oame on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of accepting fencing constructed by Garrett L. Bleraohwale on State Highway l}1, and it
appearing that the said fencing designated ae Seot Iona 7, 9 & 10 have been satisfactorily con-
structed ae per contract awarded by the Court by Order No. 8835 entered the 10th day of April,
1961, and the said fence having been inspected by members of the Court; and it further appear-
ing to the Court tkiat the balance due Garrett L. Ble rschwale should be paid, it Ss Ordered on
motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the
Court that Sections 7, 9 & 10 of Highway 41 fencing be excepted by Kerr County sa completed
and that the balance due Garrett L. 8lerechwale Sn the amount of $1,1.58 be paid him, end
that the County Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 41 No, 2
in the said amount, which is calculated ea follows:
