On this the 17th day of lugust 1961 oame on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of accepting Fencing constructed by Garrett L. Bieraohwale on State Highway 41, and it
appearing that the said fencing designated sa Seotions 7, 9 & 10 have been eatiafactorlly con-
structed ea per contract awarded by the Court by Order No. 883$ entered the 10th day of April,
1961, and the said fence having bean inspected by members of the Court; and it further appear-
ing to the Court that the balance due Garrett L, Bie rachwale should be paid, it Ss Or derad on
emotion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commiasio ner Bartel and unanimously approved by the
Court that Sections 7, 9 & 10 of Highway 41 fencing be accepted by Kerr County sa completed
land that the balance due Garrett L. Sterachwale in the amount of X1,128, $8 be paid him, and
that the County Clerk and Treasur ar be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 41 No. 2
in the said amount, which is calculated sa follows:
