On this the 17th day of August 1961 same on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of accepting fencing constructed by Garrett L. Bieraohxale on State Highway 41, and it
appearing that the said fencing designated ea Seotion~ 7, 9 & 10 have bean satisfactorily con-
structed ea par co ntraat awarded by the Court by Order No. 883$ entered the 10th day of April,
1961, and the said fence having been inspected by membe ra of the Court; and it further appear-
