On this the 17th day of August 1961 oame on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of accepting fencing constructed by Garrett L. Biereahwale on State Highway 4l, and it
appearing that the said fencing de elgnated as Sections 7, 9 & 10 have been sat iefactorily con-
structed as per contract ewer dad by the Court by Order No. 8835 entered the 10th day of April,
19b1, and the said fence having been inspected by mamba ra of the Court; and it further appear-
ing to the Court that the balance due Garrett L. Bie rachwale should be paid, St is Ordered on
motion by Commiasionar atone, seconded by Commie sio nar Bartel and unanimously approved by the
Court that Sections 7, 9 & 10 of Highway 41 Pencing be accepted by Kerr County sa completed
land that the balance due Garrett L. Sierachwale Sn the amount of 1,128.$8 be paid him, and
