ing on the matter oP the adoption oP the County Budget for the year 1962. It appearing to the
Court that proper notices have been published in the local newspapers in the City of Kerrville,
for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and after thorough examination by the Court,
and the cone ideratlon of the publlo interest of the Community, the Court Se of the opinion tbai
the proposed budget should be approved. Therefore by motion made by Commie aioner Poxell and

Budget for 1962.
