Court that proper notices have been published in the loo al newspapers in the City of Kerrville
for one week prior to the hearing date he reoP, and after thorough easmination by the Court,
end the consideration of the public interest of the Community, the Court is of the opinion that
the proposed budget should be approved, Therefore by motion made by Commie aioner Powell and
aeoonded by Commiasi oner Stone, the Court unanimously approved tlx adoption of the County
Budget for 1962.
