NO.~ACCEPTING BID OF JAMES GOSS FOR SEAL COATING PAVEMENT AROUND COURTHOUSE
On this the 11th day of September 1961 came on to be examined by the Court the sealed
bide for seal coating 73,290 feet of pavement around Court House square, as per apecif is ati one.
Upon opening and reading the bide filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found that
the bid of James Gosa, in the amount of $1850.00 is the lowest and best bid. Upon motion by
Commiasio ner Schwethe lm and seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the
above bid, payable out of Permanent Improvement Fund.
