On this the 11th day of September 1961, came on to be he and and considered the matter of
class11g1ng lands in Kerr County for tax purposes and setting valuations to be employed by the
Tax Assessor of Kerr County, Taxae, in taking renditions for 1962 ad valorem texas; and it
appearing to the Court that the following minimum standards of velvet ion should be employed to
assure fair, just and equal renditions; it is Ordered and the Tax Assessor of Kerr County Sa
herewith instructed to employ the following minimum values in taking renditions for 1962 ad
valorem taxe a, it being the intent of the Court that the following values shall ba a binding
minimum, but shall not be construed ae in anq way constituting a maximum value. Minimum value
t ion herewith ORDERED are ae follows, to-wit:
Ranch or grazing lands at $5.50, $4.40 and $3.30 per acre, depending on quality;
Cultivated lands at $16.50 and $11.00 per acre, depending on quality;
Cattle and horses $25.00, sheep $j.50 and goats at $2,50 per head;
Automobile at 30~ of Retail Book value for models 19$9 and newer, including those
held by de alera.
All other property including me rchandisel... inve ntories, aircraft, real estate not
othe rwiae herein mentioned, at not less than 25~ of actual value.
Motion duly made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and adopted
by the Court, effective this date.

It appearing that the said fencing by J. J. Coaper, designated as Seotl one 3, 5 and 8, and
