classifying lands in Kerr County for tax purposes and setting valuat Sons to be employed by the
j Tax Asaeasor of Kerr County, Texas, in taking rsndltiona far 1962 ad valorem taxes; and it
appearing to the Court that the following minimum standards of valuation should be employed to
secure fair, ~uat and equal renditions; it is Ordered end the Tax Asaeasor of Kerr County ie
herewith instructed to employ the following minimum val use in taking renditions for 1962 ad
valorem taxes, it being the intent of the Caurt that the following val use shall be a binding
minimum, but shall not be construed ae 1n any way coaetit˘ting a maximum value. Minimum value
herewith ORDERED are ae follows, to-wit:
R ench or grazing lands at $$,$0, X4.40 and X3,30 per acre, dope nding on qual Sty;
Cultivated lands at X16.50 and X11.00 per acre, depending on quality;
Cattle and horses $2$.00, sheep $3.50 and goats at X2.50 per head;
Automobile at 30~ of Retail Book value for models 1959 and newer, including those
held by de alera.

Motion duly made by Commissioner Sc hwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and adopted
the Court, effective this date.
