Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County Livestock Shows

that portion of the Agriculture Exhibition grounds lying west of the building and betxeea Stat
Highway 27 and the old San Antonio Road, with tku use of th is arena to be restricted to purpoa
authorized by the United States of Amerioa and Lte~ oonveyancea. Providing further that Kerr
County reserves the right terminating authority for use upon sixty days written notice, with
