said resignation was accepted, plus one month~a vacation with pay, on motion by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Eartel and unanimously approved by the Court.

cation of Juanita Reeves, Tax Aasesaor-Collector for authority to promote Doris Smith sa Chief
Deputy, effective October let, 1961 with an encrease in salary to $3600.00 per annum, Also
that the salary of Milton Wendell be set at X3000.00 per annum, effective October 1st, 1961.
It appearing to the Court that said oi'ficer Sa entitled to said deputy and Sncre assn 1n
salary and unanimously granted the same, payable out of Officers Salary Fund, on motion made
