FOR PREPAYMENT ON NOVEMBER 15, 1961
On this the 9th day of October 1961, came on to be heard and oonsidered by the Court the
matter of prepaying oertain Kerr County Warrants of the 1959 Emergency Flood Control Repair
Series and it appearl ng to the Court that it would be in the best interests of Kerr Covnty to
prepay certain warrants with 1lande to be available for this purpose, it Se Ordered on motion.
by Co=mmissioner Stone, seconded by Commie si oner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the
Court that Kerr County exercise its option to prepay Warrants Nos. 77-80 inc lueive, the date
of prepayment to be November 15, 1961 and it is further Ordered that due notice hereof ba given
as required on the face of said Kerr County Flood Control Repair Warrants of 1959 and that the
County Judge be authorized and directed to publish proper notice Sn the offia Ssl newspaper of
Kerr County one time.
