ed as being situated in Kerr Covnty and assigned Kerr County abet tact numbers 2077 and 2028;
and it fvrt her appearing to the Court that all of Survey No. 1731, Certificate No. 1660 issued
to the Texas and St Louie Ry. Co. and as delineated by the field notes of said survey as re-
corded Sn Volume F, Page 178 of the Kerr County Surveyors Records ilea wholly within Bandera
County and that this Pact hsa been further verified by resent surveys made on the ground and
it further appearing that the same Paata apply to the Esat part oP the South part of Survey
No. 1732, Texas and St Louie Ry. Co., Cert if SO ate No. 1660, surveyed for W. R. Kee se sa delin-

motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Powell and unanimously approved by the
Court that the Assessor-Collector of Taxes cease to plane on the Kerr County Tax rolls any lan
out of the said Survey No. 1731 under Kerr County Abatrsat No, 2077 and any land out of the
East part of tkue South part of said Survey No. 1732 under Kerr County Abstraot No. 2028, not
voluntarily rendered for taxes, and it is further Ordered that oancellation nett if icate be
prepared for approval of this Court for any taxes heretofore assessed egainet such lands, on
