On this the 13th day of November 1961, came on to be heard and ooneidered by the Court th

ooaup ied by Kerr County~e Publio So ales and the adJaoent publio Li~sstook Pena purohaasd by
Kerr County from the said Railroad this data, and it appearing to the Court that a lawful pub- ~
lie neoeeaity exists whloh requires the use of the property de ear abed; Sn the said lease for th
purpose of providing publio weighing fao iliti es for both livestook and vehialea, it is Ordered
that Ksrr County enter into a lease agreement with the acid Railroad, oomeying the ne oe scary
premises Tor a period of one year, subjsat to renexal and aenoellation as provided in said
lease, for a ooneiderati on of $90.00 per year, payable by Kerr County to the said railroad,
and it is further Ordered that the County Judge ba authorized to exeoute the aforesaid lanes
for Kerr County and that said le see, upon its final exeout ion be reoorded in the Minutes of
Chia 0ourt, Tku foregoing Order wee ordered adopted on motion by Commissioner Stone, ae oonded
by Commissioner Sohwethslm and unanimously approved by the Court.
