THE 57th LEGISLATURE
On this the 13th day of November 1901, name on to be heard and considered by the Court the
necessity of eetabliahing procedures for the payment of statutory Pees for the testing oi' the
twa public so ales owned by Kerr County, said tasting fees being eetabliahed by the terms of
Artiole 5728, Section 1, as amended by House BS11 No. 265 of the 57th Legislature, ana it ap-
pearing to the Court Lhat personnel testing such eoale^ require that immediate payment be made
to the Texas Department oY Agr iaulture upon the testing ana approval of soale^ to prevent the
continued use of auah ^oales, it Sa Ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Com-
miesioner Poxe 11 and unanimously approved by the Court that the Clerk ana the Tre aeurer be
authorized to hereafter drax voucher on the General Fund payable to the Texas Department of
Agriculture in the amount of $10.00 for each of Kerr Countfa Pablio Soalea to aced ana approved
upon presentation of proper eviaenos thereof by authorized ra preeentat ivea of the Department
of Agriculture anu upon the approval thereof by the County Judge.

Court that such original agreement entered into by Kerr County on December 9, 1952 excludes
those xho hold part-time positions ae employse• of Kerr County from coverage, anu it further
appearing to the Court that OASI payment^ have been withheld from part-time employees oi' Kerr
County ana have been matched by Ksrr County from !ts funsa since a date prior to January let

mously approves by thn Court that the County Judge be anu it hereby authorized to execute mods

aubeequent to October b, 1961, came on to be heard and considered the neoesaity of approval of
the provisions of Edwards plateau Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Prool amation No. A-13 promul-
gated October 1961, and after ooneidering the provision of the said Proolamat ion it is Ordered
on motion by Commies SO ner Sohwethelm, seconded by Commise ioner Bartel and approved by a ma~or-
