for FM Road 689, and the Court, after examination on the ground of all trees, pens, sheds and
other appurtenances involved finds that the amount of compensation originally offs red by Kerr
County by the terms of Order No. 9008 entered on the 24th day of October 1961, ahculd be in-
creaead, hereby Orders on motion by Commieaio ner Bartel, seconded by Comnlsaioner Schwethelm
and unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 9000 bs ame aded to read that Kerr County
offer Eranoee Moety Csas the sum of $900.00 as compensation for land sad damage a, with the
property owner to remo va existing structures from the right-of-way, with eucn compeneat ion be-
ing payable upon the execution of Right-of-Way deed or Eaeeme nt saceptable to the Texas H1gh-
xay Department.

the estimate of Marie Moaty Craft of damages which would accrue to her property ae s conae-
quencs of her granting certain right-of-way amounting to 0.667 scree of land for right-of-way
for FM Road 689, and the Court, after examination on the ground of all trees and other appur-
tenances involved finds that the amount of oompeneatSoa originally offered by Kerr County bs
the terms of Order No. 9009 entered on the 11fth day of October, 1961 should be increased,
hereby Orders on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Oommiealoner Sohwethelm and unani-
mously approved by the Court that Order No. 9009 be amsadad to road that Karr County offer
Marie Mosty Craft the sum of $600.00 for compeneat ion for land and damage a, with such oompen-
eation being payable upon the execution of Right-of-Way Deed or Easement eaoeptabla to the
Taxae Righway Department.
