County by the terms oP Order No. 9008 entered on the 24th day of Ootobar 1961, should be in-
cresaed,.hereby Orders on motion by Commieaio ner Bartel, eeaonded by Coewlaeioner Schwethelm
and unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 9008 be amended to read that Kerr County
offer Frances Monty Cass the sum of $900.00 u compeneat ion for land and damage a, with the
property owner to remove existing structures from the right-of-way, with such compensation be-
ing payable upon the exe cutlon of Right-oP-Way deed or Saeeme nt aoceptable to the Texas High-
way Departmo nt.
