request of Frances Moety Caea to amend Order No. 9054 heretofore entered by the Court on the
16th day of Deoember, 1961 and after due ooneideration St appearing to the Court that auoh re-
quest Ss re aaonable, it is Ordered on motion by Conaniaeioner Schwethelm, aecon dad by Commleslo
er Stone that the second paragraph of the said Order No. 9054 be amended by adding thereto the
followln g:
"with all extended irrigation fac Slitiee to be planed in a working condition equivalent
to the present working oondition of the now existing Srr igation facilitlee , and it is further
agreed that the nex fences to be ereoted by Kerr County shall conaiat of l}7 Snoh net wire of
a design ea nearly ae poeaible equal to the existing fence wire, plus two barbed wires with
