On this the 26th day of January, 1962 name on to be heard and conai de red by the Court the
matter of compeneat ioa to be paid Nilliam Burney at al for oonvayanoe of 5,935 acre^ of land
out of Survey 63 and 64 1n Kerr County, required for right of way for F,M. Road 6891 and St
appearing to the Court that the various owns ra of the said land have agreed to accept the sum
of $890.25 ae compensation for land and damages, together with oonatruction of a nex Pence,
it Ss Ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, aeoonded by Commissioner Powell and unanl-
mouely approved by the Court that Kerr County pay the sum of $890.25 for the aforesaid 5,935
acres of right of way and that Kerr County will aonetruct a new standard type 1lveatook fenoe
from a point approximately opposite 9t anon 253 to a po inL approximately opposite Station 299"' ^
40.3 of the centerline of the proposed route of F, M. Road 689, and SL Sa further Ordered that
the Clerk and the Tre aeurer be authorized to draw two vo uchera totaling $890.25, on the F.M.

1. Voucher Sn the amount of $655,15 representing an undivided X3.592 peroent interest i~
the said land payable to Ruth Burney Spivey, Bettie Burney Meaty and Mabel Burney Ranele ben
ae per agreement of the pertiee) upon delivery of right of way deed properly exeouted by Ruth
Burney Spivey and husband A.E. Spivey, Bettie Burney Meaty and huebend Karl Meaty, Mabel Bur-
ney Ranele ben and husband Eddie F. Raneleben, and William Burney and wife E11a Burney.
2. Voucher In the amount of $235.10 repress nting an undivided 26,408 perne nt interest
in the said land payable to "The Trust Eat ate Created by the WS11 of I. H. Burney, Deceased",
said vouohor to be presently delivered to Henry P. Burney, attorney-at-law, to be held by him
for negotiation upon exeoution of proper Right of Way Dead by the Trustees and Independent
executors of the Estate of I. H. Burney, Deceased.
