Road 689p and it appearing to the Court that the various owns re of the said land have agreed to accept the sum oP $890.25 as compensation Por land and damages, together with oonatruotion of a new Pence, it Sa Ordered on motion by Oo:mniasioner Schwethelm, eeaonded by.
