On this the 26th day of January 1962, acme on to be heard and aonaidered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be paid Carl D, Meek and wife for the exenution of Right of Way Esau
manta and damages accruing thereh^om for a total of 5.955 acres of land out of Surveys 67 and
66, required Por right oP xay for F, M. Road 689, and the Court having examined the property
oa ground and having oonfarrad with the owner thereof makes the following offer on motloa by
Commisaionsr Sahxethelm, ae oonded by Commleaioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court
Kerr County x111 pay Carl D. Meek and wife Roea Lea Meek the sum of $1800,00 for land and
damages upon the exeoution of Right of Way Easements for a total oP 5,938 sores of land out of
Surveys 67 and 66, with the owner securing the exeoution of partial releases of all existing
l lens and Dee da of Trust enoumbe ring the property oonoerne d, and in addition Kerr County x111
provide the following:
1. Move the existing deer-proof fenoe along the pre ee nt right of way line between the
Craft and Wiedenfeld properties to the South aide of the new right of way line and replace all
po ate and st aye that are not in number one oonditio n.
2. Construct a new fenoe using 48" net xire plus 35e net wire and two cable xires on top
oa the Bouth Bide of the new right of way between the Sohve itcer and Casa propert lea, provided
however, that all necessary poets will be ri,rniehed by Carl D. Meek,
3. Construct a et andard type livestock fenoe along the new right of xay line oa the Nortl
aide of the new right of xay, on such frontage where easements are granted, and extend same
across evah portions of the now existing right of xay ae may be abandoned Sn favor of Carl D.
Meek by the State of Texsa sub aequent to such abandonment.
4. Kerr County will move the barn and water trough to Dated near Stat Soa 143 from the new
right of xay and relooat• same on the adjacent property, placing the barn back on adequate
foundation and extending the eaist ing water lino across the new right of way.

1.533 acres, more or less of existing right of way of F.M. Road 689 lying to the North of new

It is further Ordered that the Clerk and the Tre aaurer be authorized to draw a voucher
the F. M. 689 Right of Way Fund in the amount of ~1, 800.00, payable to Carl D. Meek and Rosa
Lea Meek, upon delivery of properly executed right of xay easements acceptable to the Texas
Highway Department.
