This the 9th day of April 1962, came on for consideration the matter oP domoetio wire to
be used for fencing on FM 689. It apps er ing to the Court that domestic wire would better serve
the purpose, on motion by Commissioner Schvethelm, seconded by Cosmaiseio nar Powell, the Court
approved by a majority vote, with Commies loners Sohwethelm, Powell and Bartel voting "AYE" and
Commleaio net Stone voting ^NO".

',the County Clerk. And the Court, after publioly opening and tabulating all bide, finds and
aoospte the bid of Temple Lumber Company as being the lowest and beat bid for fencing materials
