This the 9th day of April 1962, came on for consideration the matter of domestlo airs to
be used for fencing on FM 689. It appearing to the Court that domestic wire would better servo
the purpose, on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, eeaonded by Cormai se ioner Powell, the Court
approved by a majority vote, with Commlaeioners Sohwethe l.m, Powell and Bartel voting "AYE" and
Commisaio ner Stone voting "NO".

the County Clerk. And the Court, after publicly oponing and tabulating all bldg, finds and
aapapte. the bid of Temple Lumber Company ae being the lowest and beat bid for fencing material
