NO. 9228 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF COUNTY BUDGET FOR 1963
This the 13th day of August, 1962 after motion having been duly
made by Commissioner Stone and seconded by Commissioner Bartel,
the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk be hereby
directed to issue notice by publication that Commissioners'
Court of kerr County will submit for consideration of the public,
a Budget for the control of the County Financial Affairs during
the fiscal year January 1st, 1963 to December 31st, 1963, the
same to be at a Public Hearing to be held on Saturday,
August 18th, 1962 at 9:00 A.M. in the Commissioners' Court Room
of the Courthouse.
