Thin the 18th day of Auguet, 1962 came on to be considered by the Court the Public Hearin
on the matter oP the adoption of the County Hudget for the year 1963. It appearing to the Cov
that proper notices have been published in the local newspapers Sa the City of Kerrville for
one week prior to the hearing data hereof, and after thorough ezamiantlon by the Court and the
ooneideratioa of the public interest of the Community, the Court Sa of the opinion that the
proposed budget should bs approved. Therefore oa motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Sto ns, the Court unanimously eyproved the adoption of the County Budget for 1943•
