of Juanita Reavse, Tan Assessor-Collector, for her authority to appoint and deputise Edith
_ Benner as part-time Deputy Tax Collector, and St appearing to the Court that said officer 1^

Commissioner Sohwethelm, aeoonded by Commleaioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that

Sohxathelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr
County exert ice its option to prepay Warrants 69 thru 72 inclusively, the date of prepayment

quired on the face of said Berr County Flood Control Repair Warrants of 1959 and that the
