On this the 12th day of November, 1962, same on to be heard and considered by the Commie-
aionera~ Court of Nerr County the proposed route of Interat ate Highway No. 10 through Kerr
County, and the Court having heretofore apprized itself of the propoead loo at ion of the sold
route ae is shown on the map posted Por public inspection Sn the County Court House of Kerr
County, which route is to be the aub~eot of a public hearing to be held in Kerrville, Texas,
on November 14, 1962, and the Court having further Pound that the said pxnpoeed route would
provide an allgomeat satisfactory to the future traffic needs oP Kerr County, that the said
route would provide adequate access to the City of Kerrville for the traveling publla and that
the said route ae propoead would affect a minimum number of land owners Sa the matter of riaht-
of-May aoquiaition, thereby minimizing economic hardship to individuals, and
