the Petition of G. F. Hoffpauir and wife to open a neighborhood road acresa the lands of L. C.
Gets under the terms of Arb Scle 6711 Y.A.C.T., be denied due to the failure of the petitioners
to show that n public neceeaity would b• serve d.by the opening of ouch a road and due to the
i~rther failure of petitioners to show that their petition does not fall under the rule oP law
ae announced by the Supreme Court of Texas in the care of Maher vs Lasater, 354 sw 2nd 923.
On the foregoing motion Commissioners Stone and Bartel voted AYE, and Commissioner 3chwet]
