it appearing to the Court that on the 13th day of August, 1962 this Court redefined oertaia
boundaries of certain voting Preolnota of Kerr County lying within the bounder Lea of Juat ice
Precinote Noe. I} and 5, said rev ieed boundaries to become effeotive on Jaluary 1, 1962; and it
further appaear log to the Court that as a matter of law the boundaries oP a Juat ioe Pracinot
shall not oroea the bounder iea of a voting precinct, it ie Ordered on motion by Commissioner
