RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS OF
STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION MINUTE ORDER
THE STATE OF TEXAS X KERRVILLE , TEXAS

MOTION was made by Commissioner Stone and seconded by _Commissioner
Scho/ethelm that the Kerr County Commissioners' Court
accept the provisions contained in Minute Order No, 53107 passed by the
State Highway Commission on June 28 , 19 Si3., for the improvement
by the Texas Highway Department of the roads described below and that Kerr
County agrees to furnish all required right-of-way free of cost to the State:
From end of proposed R.M. Read at Bandera County Line
North to State Highway 39, a distance of approximately
4.4 Miles

In KERB COUNTY a RANCFI TO 1.7ARKET ROAD is hereby designated
emending from end of propcced R. Pi. Road at $andera County
L_ne North to State Highway 39, a distance of approximately
4.4 miles, subject to the condition that Kerr County will
furnish all required ri;,•ht of way clear of obstructions and
free of cost to the State.
At such time as the County shall accept the provisioA of this
Order and agree to the furnishin.^, of the required right of way,
the State fligtnray Engineer is directed to proceed with the
engineering development and construction of the project in the
tcost feasible and economical manner, at an estimated cost of
$140,600, and to assume the road for State maintenance upon
completion of the construction herein authoriaed.
This Order is subject to acceptance by the Ccunty and if not
accepted within 90 days of the dste hereof, the action herein
contained shall°be automatically cancelled.
