On this the 14th day of January, 1963 came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treas-
urer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 4, Road & Bridge Genl., Jury, General,
Lao. Library
Officers Salary, F~M 689 Right-of--Way/and Hiway 41 No.2 Funds, as shown in the Minutes of
~^ Accounts Allowed from page 731 thru pages 737, which were made a part hereof and of this Order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court.

N0. 9342 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY & PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the ll}th day of January, 1963 came on to b© examined by the Court the various
reports for December of the County and Precinct officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds t'_zat said reports are true and correct
and sho~~ld be approved; therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with
the County Clerk, for f,ture reference and subject to audit. The following amounts were de-

On this the 14th day of January, 1963 came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M, Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to offic-
ars, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled
thereto, for the period ending December 31st, 1962 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's
Trust Fund in the amount of X932.41•
