S~:uenker, County Clerk, belonging to offic- are, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her Hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending December 31st, 1962 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of X932.41. Also quarterly report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the a~:ount of X828,00. Also, semi-annual report of Emmie M, Muenker, County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas of all r on the Chas, Schreiner Bank receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund~in her official capacity, to offic- ers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for a period from June 30th, 1962 and leaving a balance of X5,374.83 on deposit in said Trust Fund for the period ending December 31st, 1962. It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Witt, the Court unani- mously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk, o-o-e-o-o-e-o-o N0, 9344 ORDER SETTING COUNTY OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 14th day of January, 1963, at a Regular Term of the Commissionars~ Court, all members being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of the var- ious County Officials of Kerr County, Texas, i'or the year 1963, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R, C, S. of Texas, And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a popu- lation of less than 20,000 inhabitants, accor:ing to the last Federal Census, and treat the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials of Kerr County are paid on a salary basis for the year 1963; Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unani- mously approved by the court, it is ordered that the County Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1963. If is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the Comp- roller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas, o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0, 9345 ORDER SETTING PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON A SALARY BASIS On this the 14th day of January 1963, at a Regular Term of the Commisstoners~ Court, all members being present, there came on for consideration the matter oŁ compensation for the Precinct Officials of the various precincts of Kerr County for the year 1963 as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 6, R. C, S. of Texas. It appearing to the Court that the interests of the County would be best served if the Precinct Officials of Kerr County are paid on a salary basis for the year 1963; Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approved by the Court, that the Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis for the year 1963, as provided by law. It is further ordered that the Clerk of this Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the State Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas, o-o-o-o-o-o-o No. 9346 PAYMENT OF DISTRICT AND COiTNTY COURT, GRAND AND PETIT JURORS FOR 1963 On this the the 14th day of January 1963, cane on to be heard and considered the compen- sation of District and County Coirrt, Grand and Petit Jurors of Kerr County. It appearing that the Commissioners'' Court is required to annually determine the rate of compensation for Jurors within the limits therein provided, it is herewith Ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the compensa- tion for District and County, Grand and Petit Jurors shall be fixed for the year 1963 at X5.00 per day, payable from the Jury Fund. o-o-c-c-c-o-o
