by Commissioner Schwethelm, duly seconded by Commissioner Stone, that the above named firm be so
employed.

This the 14th day of January, 1963 came on to be heard by the Court the advisability of
the Court House remaining closed on Saturday morning, After due consideration, it was Ordered
to remain closed on Saturday morning, except at such time as seasonal duties require, effective
this date. Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and approved
by a majority vote of the Court as follows: Commissioners Stone, Schwethelm and Witt voting

N0, 9358 ORDER SETTING SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES FOR CERTAIN ELECTED OFFICIALS, CHIEF DEPUTIES,
~' DEPUTIES AND EMPLOYEES FOR THE YEAR 1963
On this the 14th day of January, 1963 came on to be considered by the Court the matter of
setting the salaries and allowances of certain elective and appointed County officials and of
Precinct officials of Kerr County, Texas, together with those of certain Chief Deputies, Deput-
ies and other County employees; and it appearing that the method of compensation has been duly
set by the Court according to law, it is therefore Ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone,
duly seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the annual
salaries and allowances for the Officers, Chief Deputies, Deputies and other employees here-
after designated, be set as follows, effective January 1st, 1963, payable from the funds as
