On this the 14th day of January 1963, cane on to be considered by the Court the matter of
increasing the salaries of Commissioners' Precinct employees. On motion by Commissioner Stone
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, it is ordered by the Court that no pay increase for Commis-
sioners Precinct Employees shall be granted without a majority vote of Commissioners' Court,
effective February 15th, 1963. Commissioners Stone and Bartel voting AYE, Commissicner Sch-
wethelm voting NO and Commissioner Witt abstaining vote,
