On this the 11G.th day of January 1963, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of
increasing the salaries of Commissioners' Frecinet employees. On motion by Commissioner Stone
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, it is ordered by the Court that no pay increase for Commis-
sioners Precinct Employees shall be granted without a majority vote of Commissioners' Court,
effective February 15th, 1963. Commissioners Stone and Bartel voting AYE, Commissioner Sch-
wethelm voting NO and Commissioner Witt abstaining vote.
