payments on road machinery from Wm. K, Holt Co „ and assigned to Chas. Schreiner Bank. 1t is
Ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Witt that the County
Clerk and Treasurer be authorized and directed to draw voucher on the Road & Bridge Fund, pay-
able to the Chas, Schreiner Bank to discharge the Following obligations for the purposes and
amounts indicated and due January 26th, 1963:

N0, 9365 AUTHORIZIDIG APPOINTMENT OF DOROTHY PFEIFFER FART-TIME DEPUT`I CLERK
On this the 1st day of February, 1963 cane on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Dorothy Pfeiffer
as Deputy County Clerk, and it appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said
Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore on motion by Commissioner Bartel
seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be auth-
orized to deputize Dorothy Pfeiffer as part-time employee, at X130.00 per month.
