Muenker County Clerk and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 9366 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 11th day of February, 1963 came on to be examined by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 4, General, Officers Salary, Jury, Permanent Improvement, F/M 689 R/W and F/T'I 2771 R/tr1 Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 738 thru page 741, which were made a part hereof and of this Order. Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Witt and unanimously approv- ed by the Court, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 9367 CHAS. SCHREINER BANK SELECTED AS COLRJTY DEPOSITORY This the 11th day of February 1963, came on to be considered by the Court the bid of the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, offering its services as Depository for County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds, and County Public School Funds for the ensuing two years, and without payment of interest on daily balance and without service charge to Kerr County, Texas. It appearing to the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas is duly qualified to serve as such Depository, and that no other bids have been submitted to the Court, following duly published notice as required by law. Upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court, the bid of Chas.
