be c~:nducted on the A & M Cmnpus May 5th thru May 10th, 1963, at no cost to Kerr County,

NO, 9386 ORDER APPROVING ~,UART~RLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
This the 12th day of February 1963, in Regular monthly session of Commissioners' Court
came on for examination the quarterly report of Mrs. E, M. McDonald, County Treasurer of said
County, for the period beginning on the first day of November 1962 and ending January 31st,
1963, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are correct as therein
shown.
IT IS TEEREFORE ORDERED by the Court, that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said County Treasurer in accordanc© with this Order.

CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENllITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
This the 12th day of February 1463, came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
report and tabular statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning November 1st, 1962 and
ending January 31, 1963, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, said report
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and subject to
audit.
