NO. 9386 ORDER APPROVING QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
This the 12th day of February 1963, in Regular monthly session of Commissioners' Court
came on for examination the quarterly report of Mrs, E, M. McDonald, County Treasurer of said
County, for the period beginning on the first day of November 1962 and ending January 31st,
1963, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct,
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are correct as therein
shown,
IT IS TF'.EREFORE ORDERED by the Court, that the Bald detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said County Treasurer in accordance with this Order.

CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
This the 12th day of February 1963, came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
report and tabular statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning November 1st, 1962 and
ending January 31, 1963, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, said report
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and subject to
audit,

On this the 5th day of March, 1963 came on to be considered by the Court the application
of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize rauline
Rodgera ea Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said officer
is entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore on motion

that said officer be authorized to deputize Pauline Rodgers as Deputy Ttlx Assessor-Collector
at a salary of $252U.(iU per annum, effective as of March 1, 1963.

N0, 9389 ORDER AUTHORIZING APPOINTMENT Or' D. A, BLANDIN DEPUTY SHERIFF
On this the 5th day of March 196j,.came on to be considered by the Court the application
of OLiver Moore, Sheriff, for authority to appoint and deputize D, A. Blandin as Deputy Sheriff',
and it appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said Deputy and that the
application should be approved; therefore on motion by Commissioner Witt seconded by Commis-
stoner Stone, said motion carrying bq a majority vote, with Commissioner Witt and Commissioner
Stone voting "Aye", Commissioner SchWethelm voting "No" and County Judge Julius R. Neunhofrer
voting ''Aye". The Court approved that Sheriff' Moore be authorized to deputize D. A, Blandin
as Deputy Sheriff, at a salary of yplUU.uU per month plus automobile allowance of ~625.v0 per
month, ef'f'ective the date of his qualification.

On thia the 5th day of March 1963, upon motion of Commissloner Stone seconded by

Deputy Sheriff for Kerr County, 'Texas, upon his taxing the prescribed oath according to law.
