On this the 5th day of Maroh 196,i,came on to be considered by trio Court the application
of Oliver Moore, Sheriff, for authority to appoint and deputize D, A, Blandin as Deputy Sheriff',
and it appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said Deputy and that the
application should be approved; therefore on motion by Commissioner Witt seconded by Commis-
sioner stone, said motion carrying by a majority vote, with Commissioner Witt and Commissioner
Stone voting "Aye", Commissioner Schwethelm voting "No" and County Judge Julius R. Neunhofi'er
voting ''Aye". The Court approved that Sheriff' Moore be authorized to deputize D, A, Blandin
as Deputy Sheriff, at a salary of yplUV,vU per month plus automobile allowance oi' ~6Ly.vO per
month, ef'f'ective tihe date of his qualification.
