of Uliver Moore, Sheriff, for authority to appoint and deputize D, A. Blandin as Deputy Sheriff,
and it appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said Deputy and that the
application should be approved; therefore on motion by Commissioner Witt seconded by Commis-
sioner Stone, said motion carrying by a majority vote, with Commissioner Witt and Commissioner
Stone voting "Aye", Commissioner Schwethelm noting "No" and County Judge Julius R, Neunhof'f'er
voting ''Aye", The Court approved that Sheriff Moore be authorized to deputize D, A, Blandin
