On this the 11th day of i~iarch, 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of disposition of two sections of old right-of-way of State Ilighway No. 41 situated in Kerr County and it appearing to the Court that the designation of the two following sections of Rig>ht-of-Way as a portion of the State High~.~aY System has been cancelled by the terms of Texas Highway Commission Minute Order Pdo. 52189 passed January 14, 1963, namely: 1. From. a ,junction of old and new locations of State High~day 41 at Station 645 0? on new location eastward to another junction of the old and new location of the highway at Station 671 f 42 on the new location, a total distance of approximately o.SC mile. 2. From a .function of the ol.d and new locations of State Highway 41 at Station 796 f 0?_ on new location eastward to another junction of old and new location of the highway at Station 811 F 96 on the new location, a total of approximately 0.31 mile. (The tsao foregoing Sections being described more particularl,~,r by r.:etes and bounds as set fort'r. in Appendix °A" of this order).
