On this the 11th day of i~iarch, 1963, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of disposition of two sections of old right-of-way of State Eighway No. 41 situated in Kerr County and it appearing to the Court that the designation of the two follotaing sections of Ri.~ht-of-?Jay as a portion of the State Highway System has been cancelled by the terms of Texas Highway Commission Minute Order No. 52189 passed January 14, 19b3, namely: 1. Faro m a .iunction of old and new locations of State Highway 41 at Station b45~ 02 on new location eastward to another junction of the old and new location of the highway at Station 671 f 42 on the new location, a total distance of approximately G.SG mile. 2. From a iunction of the old and new locations of State highway 41 at Station 796 ~ 02 on new locatio^ eastward to another junction of old and new location of the higho:ay at Station 811 >< 96 on the new location, a total of approximately 0.31 mile. (The t~do foregoing Sections being described more particularly by r..etes and bounds as set forth in Appendix F°A" of ta9_s order) .
