In accordance with the provisions of Article 23~2c of the Revised Civil Statutes of
Texas, the application of Adolph Bender for terracing of his land 1/2 mile north of Center
Point, Texas. in Precinct No. 2 and the application of Mrs. H. C. Schumacher Sr. for the
terracing of her land about 21 miles N. W. of Hunt, Texas, in Precinct No. 4 was approved
by the Conrt~ and contracts entered into by and between the Commissioner of Prec. No. 2 and
the Commissioner of Prec. No. 4 and aforementioned parties. Motion made by Commissioner Witt
and seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously apprcved by the Court.
